Major Postage!

O.K. Guys, here it is. A reasonably sensible post (sorry).

When Kyle and I set this up, we (at least I), wanted it to be something good, something read by others, not all from our school. We wanted it to be at least slightly serious, although still extremely immature and peppered with dubious, often boobies related remarks. But there’s a difference between immature and what this has already become. It has become what I (Joe) didn’t want it to be. Many of the comments have already become arguments between people, often not related to the original point of the post. I understand that at the moment, probably the only people reading this are from our school(EDIT BY KYLE: not just people from the school are reading this site)(Edit by Joe: OK, but you can agree that majority of those commenting and looking at it are from our school… at the moment), but please keep the stupid arguing away from the site. If that’s all you want out of this site, to speak to other people, stick to Bebo/Facebook/MySpace/MSN.

Sorry to keep going on, but what’s with the stupid censorship? Some jokes require swearing. Also, racism should not be an issue here(Edit by Kyle: Racist comments are not acceptable at all some of them may not be racist but others have been censorship on swearing has been slightly too much) (EDIT by Joe: what i meant was that it should not be an issue because no-one that we know is actually maliciously racist. Not a single comment/post made so far has been nasty, they have all been in a jokey context. Not one of them has been intended to hurt people, so until one is made to that effect, then let’s let it lie, please. But please guys don’t get nasty, i too will remove any genuinely offensive stuff). If we said, “Sam Howlett is black, he doesn’t deserve to live”, then that would be racism, (and also terribly uncool, because he’s awesome (and not properly black, he’s burm/germ/welshish)). But that is never our intention, more of a light hearted joke.

Finally, let’s just make this thing any good. It’s got good potential. So spread the word!
